Causes of Heart Disease
Heart disease is not really a sole disease, but instead it is a complex of diseases of wide-ranging etiology. There are a lot of diverse reasons of heart disease, including harm to the heart muscle or valves appropriate to a congenital defect, as well as irritation and harm linked with a variety of viral, bacterial, fungal or parasitic diseases.
Rheumatic fever and syphilis are other illnesses that are also well thought-out as contributors to or basis of heart disease, as can genetic or autoimmune disorders in which cellular proteins in the heart muscle are disturbed enzymes causing cardiac function.
There are also a range of other reasons of heart disease, including: atherosclerosis, dermatomyositis, diabetes, Friedrich’s ataxia, hemochromatosis, high cholesterol, hypertension, Kawasaki disease, menopause, Paget’s disease of bone, physical inactivity, smoking, type 1 and 2 diabetes, and being underweight or overweight. It is significant to recognize that the factors that are thought-out as being able to instigate a heart attack are actually twofold, with one being the pathological buildup of abnormal plaque, in the arteries, plaque that slowly hardens due to calcification. but this abnormal plaque should not be confused with the fatty streaks and thickening that is found in the arteries of both primitive and industrialized peoples all over the world.
After all without this natural thickening the arteries would end up weakening in those regions as the body aged, and this would result in leading to aneurysms and ruptures. The other half involves the blood clot or thrombus that obstructs blood flow to the heart or the brain. Irritation is also able to cause blockages, and actually, an entirely new view of coronary artery disease is that it is an seditious process which is characterized mainly by cycles of impatience, injury, healing and re-injury inside of the blood vessels.
Though heart disease is mainly unavoidable, there are some things that you can do to protect yourself against it as much as possible, namely eating a healthy and nutritious diet and making sure that you get plenty of physical activity.
