Right Side Back Pain

Usually each time we get back pain, we lean to reach out to a painkiller and forget about it. We rarely consider twice about, other than when it trouble us or when it take place. Most of the time, the right side back pain is the consequence of a usual bad posture. The pain could be initiated in the left side of the back as well. If the right side back pain is only due to incorrect posture, a few exercises and correcting the sitting posture would help the backache. Other than wrong posture, there are causes, which can initiate right side back pain. It can be initiated by injury to the back, carrying heavy weight on the left side habitually, running on cemented roads, life without any exercise, bad mattress resulting in disparity of the back muscles, lifting heavy weights incorrectly and so on.


It has been seen that people who are overweight are most likely to grow backache faster than whose who are within the normal levels. This could be because the additional weight puts incredible pressure on the back muscles, making it unable to stand any extra burden. Hence, if they are exposed to any additional stress they develop backache.


Every day exercise is very important in fighting back pain. These exercises require not be too complex. A little bending and twisting exercises would be tremendously useful. Yoga has proved to be very effectual in controlling and curing back pain. With yoga too, the exercises have to be done on a usual base. If you are overweight, loosing some weight would definitely be beneficial. If the pain continues even after regular exercises, it might specify severe health problems. Check with a doctor for a thorough check-up to rule out this possibility. A doctor would also be able to advise suitable medicine for managing the backache until the actual reasons for it are uncovered.
