These weight loss plans is centered on weekly meetings where people who desire to drop weight meet and talk about challenges, celebrate achievements and search out tips and tricks from qualified weight loss experts. They obtain the benefits of ‘We’re all in this together’ as they see other people who have more or less weight to lose than them and sense the moral support inspiring and motivating.


This program is based on the Points system. Every food is given a Points value and detailed lists and points calculators are given to you when you register. Depending on your height, weight and age, you are allocated a number of points that you have to consume in one day – and you are held answerable for it. ‘Bite it and write it’ is one of their aims where they push you to write down all you eat so you know where you stand based on points.


The Jenny Craig weight loss program can only be useful if you purchase their food and only consume that for the entire time you are on the program. A rare restaurant or fast food meal may be permitted; but for the major part, you have to buy and eat their food. They have several choices and you can choose three meals and two snacks a day. But, it offers you fewer flexibility but also less options to get off track. Depending on whether you are a people person who wants to join Weight Watchers with a gal pal or someone more private who would rather focus on personal challenges, choose the program that appeals to you and get started.
